Uplift Central Coast is a bold, community-driven economic development initiative spanning six counties, reimagining the usual top-down approach by giving every region and voice a seat at the table. 

 

As the Creative Director, I led the development of the brand identity, messaging strategy, and overall creative direction. Working with team members and stakeholders, I shaped the narrative to highlight human impact over policy language, crafting a brand that inspires—not dictates. I oversaw the visual system, “About Us” storytelling video, website launch, and awareness campaign, ensuring every touch felt consistent, bold, and rooted in the community.

 

The brand earned several awards (Gold ADDY, PRSA Merit, Gold Marcom) and now serves as the foundation for Uplift’s mission: boosting job creation, developing local skills, and strengthening regional vitality.
